Plastic Surgery Cover Due to an Accident for Ladies

The sum insured at any given time will be the cumulative transaction value during last 12 months subject to the maximum limits as per above cover. The benefits will be the same as the accumulated purchase value of 12 months prior to the day of the incident.
When you reach a cumulative purchase value of Rs.1 Million for the said one year period, premiums will not be charged. However, when the value drops below Rs.1 million (At the time of completing a 365 day time period from the 1st transaction date), premium deduction will commence.
A sum of 0.5% will be charged from the purchase value of each transaction and debited to the card account monthly.
‘Repayment Protector’ - This is an invaluable insurance benefit covering your credit card outstanding balance for a nominal monthly fee. In the event of Total and Permanent Disability due to (Accident or Sickness) or Death due to any cause, your credit card account will be waived up to a maximum of Rs.500,000/- per card without causing any inconvenience to your loved ones.

A sum of Cents 70 will be charged for every Rs.1,000 of the month end card outstanding
The Coverage per person will be limited to Rs.1,500,000/- irrespective number of cards held by him/her.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY All cardholders covered under Existing Repayment Protector will be automatically transferred to the scheme proposed and prorated premia will be credited to the respective credit cardholders accounts from 01/08/2007.
eZ PAY
We joined hands with Dialog Telekom PLC, Sri Lanka's largest mobile service provider to provide all Seylan Credit Card holders with Dialog's eZ Pay service.
eZ Pay is an mCommerce service which allows for users to make a variety of financial transactions using their mobile phone instead of carrying cash or Credit Cards.
This facility is South Asia's first ever mCommerce network and was introduced in Sri Lanka
With this new service Seylan Credit Card holders could use their mobile phones to pay for goods and services to the debit of their Credit Card account at any merchant outlets displaying the "eZ Pay" sign.
Seylan Credit Card holders could settle utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone bills using the eZ Pay Service.
Any Seylan Credit Card holder who has a Dialog Telekom prepaid or postpaid connection that is enabled with the eZ Pay service could enjoy the benefits of this service.
Seylan Credit Card holders could replace their existing SIM with an "eZ Pay" enabled SIM free of charge at any Dialog Arcade or Dialog Service Point by completing an "eZ Pay" application form.
All "eZ Pay" transactions are validated and authenticated by Seylan Bank using the customer's Personal Identification Number (PIN). This prevents unauthorized usage of the facility even if the phone is lost or stolen, since transactions will not be permitted without the PIN.
Customers who don't have Seylan Credit Cards could go to the nearest Seylan Bank Branch and obtain a Credit Card instantly over the counter to enjoy the eZ Pay service.
The Seylan Credit Card is the only Credit Card to offer this facility with a maximum credit period of 51 days without interest.
V-PAY V-PAY is a facility that enables anyone and everyone with a Dialog Package ( Pre or Post Paid ) to load their Mobile phones or settle their post paid bills to the debit of the Seylan Visa Credit Card by simply sending an SMS.
You can now register with the Seylan V-PAY facility ( one time ) and thereafter top up your mobile phone or pay your mobile bill from anywhere, anytime (online - immediate settlement ) by simply sending a SMS message as follows;

Direct payment by cheque or cash can be made at any Seylan Bank Branch island wide. You may request for a standing order to collect monthly payments directly from your Current, Savings or NRFC account, on payment due date. Or you may mail your cheques directly to Seylan Card Centre – No189, Stanley Tillekeratne Mw, Nugegoda. Cheques should be drawn in favour of Seylan Bank PLC. Stating your Credit Card number.
Loss of cards should be reported immediately to Seylan Card Centre on 24 Hour hotline2 00 88 88 and follow up with a letter. The cardholder will not be liable for any transactions performed subsequent to informing the loss of the card to the Bank.

USEFUL GUIDELINES TO PREVENT YOUR CREDIT CARD BEING MISUSED
There is an increasing risk of Payment Cards being misused due to the rapid growth of the Card Industry. We at Seylan Bank PLC are committed to safeguard our card members from such activities. Hence, the following guidelines may help you to protect or minimize your Card from being misused.
THINGS YOU SHOULD “DO”
Sign your Card with a ballpoint pen immediately upon receipt of same.
During transactions, ensure that the Card is visible and the transaction verification is carried out in your presence. Do not let the Card be taken into back rooms etc. as most frauds take place when the card member is not around. This may not be possible at restaurants and hotels. Whenever possible, pay the bill at the cashier rather than handing over the Card to the waiter.
When using your Card at any merchant establishment, ensure that all details have been entered correctly and completely before signing the Transaction Slip. Please use the same signature as on the reverse of the Card when signing.
Ensure that you sign only one Transaction Slip. If the merchant makes more than one copy for any reason, make sure all extra copies are destroyed including the carbon copies.
Retain your Transaction Slips for statement reconciliation at the end of the month.
Always reconcile your statements on time (monthly basis) and inform any disputes immediately in writing, since there is a stipulated time period for disputing transactions.
Inform the Seylan Card Centre immediately on 011 200 8888 if your Card is misplaced, stolen or if anyone is seeking details of your Card.
Retain a photocopy of your Card (both front and reverse) in a safe place at you residence.
Always remember to get your Card back after every purchase or from the ATM when withdrawing cash.
After your Replacement or Renewed Card is received, activate the card by calling our 24 Hour Hotline 011 200 8888 and ensure to cut the old Card into several pieces and dispose of same with care.
THINGS YOU SHOULD “NOT DO”
Don’t lend your Card to anyone. Only you are authorized to use the Card. Ensure that the Card is always in your possession.
Never disclose your Card details such as the number, expiry date, PIN etc to other parties.
Internet transactions are usually classified as high risk transactions. Try to minimize Internet transactions and always look for secure sites where an encryption option is available. Further, we invite you to apply for an additional card with a lower credit limit to perform such transactions.
Don’t give your Card details over the phone unless you have a good idea of the company you are dealing with.
Don’t keep your Card and PIN together or write the PIN on the Card. Memorize the PIN and destroy the PIN mailer for your own safety.
